NEW! Virtual Physical Therapy through Thrive
Beginning in 2027, your Capital Blue Cross health plan gives you and eligible family members access to Thrive, a digital physical therapy solution developed by Sword Health, at no additional cost.
Thrive can help you overcome back, joint and muscle pain. Whether you want to reduce pain, avoid surgery, or improve how you move, Thrive’s team of expert Doctors of Physical Therapy create personalized plans that treat pain from head to toe. With your Thrive kit, you can do sessions anytime, anywhere — because pain relief shouldn’t require an appointment.
The service also includes Bloom, a virtual pelvic health program for women.
How It Works
Online enrollment takes 10 minutes or less. Users choose a dedicated Doctor of Physical Therapy to design a personalized program tailored to their goals and abilities. A Thrive kit is provided, which includes a complimentary tablet to guide exercises and deliver real-time feedback.
