Summer Challenges Keep You On Track
Great new challenges have been added to keep your wellness goals on track over the summer.
There are challenges geared specifically to summer, such as wearing sunscreen, which is worth 15 points a week. For those taking trips during June and July, the Road Warrior challenge will award you 50 points for tracking at least 10 healthy choices while traveling.
If one of your goals this summer is deeper connection with loved ones, the Story Swap challenge is a good choice. Three days a week, ask a loved one about the best part of their day and receive 8 points. The program continues to offer incentives to leave your smart phones behind during dinner as well. Eat an unplugged meal four times a week and earn 15 points.

Challenge Year Ends September 15
The 2015-2016 Be Well challenge year runs through September 15. Keep earning points all summer to make sure you reach the highest level you can. The 2016-2017 challenge year will launch October 1.
Our annual HealthScan Plus biometric screening event will take place in September. A health screening such as this is required to reach level one in the Be Well program, so this is a convenient and free way to do so. If you participate in HealthScan Plus, your 500 points will automatically be loaded for you at the start of the new year.
