Healthy eating and physical activity are, as always, an important part of the challenges. But the holistic wellness approach of Be Well also includes challenges that encourage you to give back to the community, reduce your overall stress level and more.
If you’re the type to eat lunch at your desk, sign up for Afternoon Recess and earn points for giving yourself a break to refresh your mind. Did you make a New Year’s resolution to save more money or break a bad habit? Reward yourself for sticking to it by signing up for the New Year’s Resolution challenge.
The more challenges you complete, the more points you earn. Once you’ve reached level one, you’ll see your wellness credit in your paycheck. Keep going and use your points to reach new levels and grab great rewards like a FitBit activity tracker or Amazon gift cards.
