Don’t Get The Flu. Don’t Spread The Flu. Get Vaccinated.
Flu Shot Clinics for faculty and staff will be available on campus Wednesday, October 19 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. in the Taylor Gym Hall of Fame, and Thursday, October 20 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Lamberton Great Room. The flu shot is free for Lehigh Employee Insurance Plan participants (employees only) and $5 for Lehigh employees NOT participating in the University Insurance Plan. Please bring your Lehigh ID and insurance card with you.
In addition, Capital BlueCross is pleased to offer their members a CBC Flu Shot Voucher at no charge. This voucher allows Lehigh employees and their families access to receive the vaccine at no charge at CVS pharmacies. The voucher is good for both the High Dose and Quadrivalent flu shots. Each family member must produce their own voucher.
Weight Watchers
The next session of Weight Watchers is scheduled to kick off Thursday, October 20 at Noon. This 8-week session runs every Thursday, from Noon to 1:00 p.m. If you are interested in participating, please contact Mary Jo McNulty at extension 83894or mjd4@lehigh.edu .

If you didn’t attend HealthSCAN Plus, don't forget to sign up for your health screening. In addition, to participate you’ll need to complete your Well-Being Assessment on the Be Well site. The assessment helps you learn about the improvements you made over the course of the last year and create new goals. Soon, you'll be on the path toward this year's incentive levels:
LEVEL 1 - $20/month wellness credit
LEVEL 2 - Fitbit OR $50 Amazon Gift Card
LEVEL 3 - $50 gift card
LEVEL 4 - $50 gift card
LEVEL 5 – Be Well DriFit Shirt, Amazon Gift Card, and an entry for a grand prize drawing at the end of the year.
