There are a variety of chances for you to learn about your benefits and to get help using the new Benefitfocus enrollment system. Here are the details:

HSA Webinars

Health Equity, the provider of the Health Savings Account that accompanies the new High Deductible Health Plan, is offering a webinar that employees can participate in from the convenience of their desk. There are three opportunities to catch this event.

Benefitfocus Assistance

Need help using the new Benefitfocus portal? We'll have open computer lab hours to assist you with enrollment at the following dates and times:

Thursday, November 10 from 8:30am to 1:00 pm
Fairchild Martindale Computing Center, Room 292
 
Thursday, November 17 from 12:00 noon  to 4:00 pm
Fairchild Martindale Computing Center, Room 292
 
If additional assistance is needed with the Open Enrollment process employees can contact the Benefits Service Center at 844-342-4002 or via email at LehighBenefits@benefitfocus.com. Benefit Service Center hours at 8 AM to 8 PM and representatives can assist with online enrollment or telephonic enrollment as well as answer your benefit related questions.
 
 

Benefits Vendors Visits

As always, the vendors who provide our flex benefits will be on hand to answer your questions. Representatives from AFLAC, Capital BlueCross, Express Scripts, Davis Vision, Integrated Behavioral Health and United Concordia Dental will join us. You can meet them at the following times and locations:
 
Dates: Monday, November 14 and Tuesday, November 15
Time:  11:30 am to 1:30 p.m.
Locations:  University Center, Faculty Lounge and Iacocca Hall, Wood Dining Room Foyer
