Your annual opportunity to review and change your flexible benefits is coming soon. Mark your calendars. Open Enrollment runs from November 6 -20, 2017 for the 2018 benefit plan year.

- Voluntary benefits: Dental, Critical Illness, and Accident Insurance
Significant Changes to Plans for 2018
It’s vital that you take a close look at the changes to Lehigh’s medical plans this year. Significant changes coming in 2018 include:
- Increases in deductibles, co-insurance, and co-pays to primary care providers and specialists
- Changes to out of pocket maximums
- Prescription drug benefit transitioning from a two-tier system to a three-tier system
- Some plans will also see a slight decrease in monthly premiums.
Employees will continue to use LehighBenefits, our online benefits portal, to make changes to their benefits. We will also be adding access to a personal advocate and clinical resources through Health Advocate.

Be sure to make use of the powerful modeling tool within the LehighBenefits system to compare your out of pocket expenses across all four of our medical plans to make sure you are making the best choice for your circumstances.
In addition to the tools within LehighBenefits, you’ll also receive our annual printed Quick Reference Guide to Open Enrollment in your Lehigh mailbox on November 3.
