New Paperless Direct Deposit Option Now Available!

Did you know that Lehigh University’s Campus Portal offers a wealth of payroll information for you to access 24/7 in Banner Employee Self Service?  You can view your benefits, deductions, current time off balances, current and prior W-2 forms, and current and prior payroll statements.

If you haven’t had a chance to take a look at these options, please take a moment to view some of these helpful tools.  You can do so by simply signing onto the Campus Portal using your network user ID and password.   Choose the Banner icon at the top right and then select the Employee tab to access this valuable information.

Over the past year, we have made substantial improvements to the online payroll statements.  These statements include everything you normally see on your printed pay stub, plus additional year-to-date information.  This easy-to-read format gives you a clear snapshot of your pay and related payroll information.  At the bottom of the page, you will find a “printer friendly” button to use should you want to print any current or prior payroll statements.

How To Sign Up For Paperless Direct Deposit

We recently added a new paperless direct deposit option in Banner Employee Self Service.  If you are currently signed up to receive your pays via direct deposit, you can now choose to discontinue the printing of your paper pay stubs.  By choosing the paperless option, you are protecting your personal information and reducing paper waste.

To enroll, select the Paperless Direct Deposit option in the menu within the above referenced Employee tab.  One more click on the Enrollment bar and you have done your part to support university sustainability!

If you are currently receiving a live payroll check, please take this time to consider signing up for direct deposit and enrolling in the Paperless Direct Deposit Option.  Direct deposit is a safe and secure method to ensure your pay is received on pay day regardless of mail delivery, time off, weather, and other unpredictable circumstances.  Direct Deposit Authorization Forms are available on the Payroll Office website.

If you have any questions concerning the payroll information on the Campus Portal, direct deposit, or our new paperless direct deposit option, please feel free to contact the Payroll Office at extension 82900 or by email at inpayrol@lehigh.edu and we will be glad to offer our assistance.
