What is Changing in 2025?
Out of pocket costs are changing for all three medical plans.
Out of pocket costs are changing for the prescription plan.
Voya will become the university's new vendor for voluntary benefits beginning January 1.
Voya will also administer a new hospital indemnity benefit.
Expanded vision care coverage through Davis Vision, including the addition of Warby Parker to their network.
Important Reminders
Spousal Surcharge Waiver Form – If you are covering a spouse/partner on your medical plan, you must complete a 2025 Spousal Surcharge Waiver form. This form must be completed every year that you cover a spouse/partner. You'll find the link in the Quick Link list on Lehigh Benefits starting November 1.
Flexible Spending Accounts and employee contributions to Health Saving Accounts DO NOT automatically roll forward from the previous year. If you want a healthcare or dependent care FSA or plan to make employee contributions to a HSA in 2025, you must make these elections during Open Enrollment.
