The Human Resources Office recently welcomed two HR pros to round out the employment team.
Aubrie Fenicle, HR Associate for Employment, is an experienced recruiter with a rich background in customer service. Her recruiting expertise includes administrative, professional and skilled trades placements. She holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources management from DeSales University and is currently pursuing PHR certification.
Aubrie is a Bethlehem native with fond memories of attending Lehigh football games with her father. She loves cooking and spending time at the beach whenever she can.
Monica Guiher, HR Assistant for Employment, earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Bloomsburg University, and also has a post-baccalaureate certificate in human resources management from Muhlenberg College. Her previous employment experience includes human resources training, organizational development, adult education and recruiting.
Monica grew up in the Lehigh Valley and thinks Lehigh’s campus is beautiful (we agree). She enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending sporting events and being outdoors, especially a day at the lake.
