In the blink of an eye, remote work has become our new normal. We’ve transitioned from our picturesque campus to a world of home offices and pets making guest appearances during Zoom meetings. It’s a wild world, and this new virtual workplace can certainly be an adjustment!

Thankfully, your friends in Library and Technology Services (LTS) and Human Resources have provided and compiled resources to help you cope with COVID-19 related stress and make your transition to remote work a little easier. To access these resources, visit the PageUp Learning Library and filter by type COVID-19 Remote Work Resources. Keep an eye on this page, as we will continue adding items as they become available.

What does remote work mean for Career Enrichment @ Lehigh (CE@L)? Historically, the majority of CE@L’s learning activities have been in-person workshops. In order to ensure our employees have continued access to learning and development activities through this crisis, some of our workshops are moving online.

For instance, Navigating Employment Law, part of our Crash Course for Managers series, will be held via live webinar on April 9th. If you’re interested in enrolling for CCM: Navigating Employment Law,  you may do so here.

In some cases, moving live workshops online can substantially weaken the learner’s experience. That’s why workshops in which the participant interaction is of utmost value, such as Inclusion Insights, CITE: Your Story, My Story, and VISIONS, have all been postponed. Our monthly Inclusion Insights sessions will resume when it’s safe to return to campus. CITE: Your Story, My Story and VISIONS will next be held in the fall.

Additionally, we will continue adding valuable online learning content, like articles and videos, to the Learning Library. Filter by type Dialogue and Exploration to see what’s available. We also love recommendations! If you have a meaningful online resource you think should be considered for addition to the PageUp Learning Library, please don’t hesitate to send it our way.
