The 2016-2017 Be Well year ends September 27. There is still time for you to earn and log points and maybe even reach a new level. Make sure you get credit for all of the positive behaviors and changes you’ve made in your life this year. Go to and track your challenges.


Celebrate Your Success


The Be Well website has several tools that allow you to look back at where you started in October 2016. As this year concludes, it’s a great time to celebrate your successes and be proud of all that you have achieved. Here are two ways to reflect on your progress.


Select the “My Results” option at the top of the page, to review what your areas of strength and improvement opportunities were according to you 2016-2017 online assessment results:




If you select the “My Points” option at the top of the page, you can review all of the points you’ve earned this year.  Are there challenges you completed that changed your behavior for the long term? Are there some changes that didn't stick that you want to pick up again?


Be Well 2017-2018: Start Strong


The new Be Well year will start on October 17 with all new challenges and more chances to earn rewards while you make positive changes in your life

As in previous years, if you want to start earning points and reaching new levels, you’ll need to:


1.      Participate in HealthScan PLUS or obtain a similar health screening,

2.      Complete the online assessment on Be Well, and

3.      Join your first challenge of the year.



HealthSCAN Registration Opens Soon


To get the year started right, we’ll be holding our annual HealthSCAN event. Registration will open soon, and you’ll receive an email with a link to sign up.

This year, HealthSCAN will take place in Stabler Arena on four days – October 9 through 12.  Time slots will be available from 6:30 to 10 a.m. Watch your inbox for more details.
