In early May, more than 500 Lehigh employees gathered for the annual Faculty and Staff Appreciation Dinner. The dinner, which also included the presentation of the Lehigh University Awards, was a celebration of achievements and service with the theme “Where Passion Meets Possibility.” The emcee duties were once again shared by Mary Kay Baker, director of Conference and Special Housing Services, and George White, Professor of Educational Leadership program and Managing Director for Student Access and Success.

Reflecting on the role faculty and staff play in the ambitious plans Lehigh has for the future, President John Simon addressed the audience. “You provide the passion that drives our great university,” he noted. “Thank you to each and every one of you for making Lehigh University the very special place that it is.”

New members of the 25-Year Club in attendance at the dinner gathered on stage for a photo (above). All new members were recognized. They include:

Johanna Brams –  College of Arts and Sciences
