HealthScan returns for the 2026 session of our Be Well. We are once again partnering with St. Luke’s University Health Network to offer a comprehensive health screening right here on campus.
HealthScan will take place in the Wood Dining Room, Iacocca Conference Center, on the following dates:
- March 24
- March 25
- April 3
Fasting is required prior to the screening, and a continental breakfast will be available afterward.
This event is open to all full- and part-time benefits-eligible employees. Even if you're not currently participating in the Be Well program, you're still welcome to take part in HealthScan at no cost. Retirees, spouses, and partners may also participate in HealthScan at a cost of $60. Registration is required.
During HealthScan, you’ll have the opportunity to undergo a health screening that includes the Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP) and Lipid Panel. You may also choose additional tests, such as TSH (Thyroid), PSA (Prostate), and Vitamin D, for a nominal fee of $20 per test. If you opt for any of these additional tests, you will be billed after HealthScan—no payment is required on the day of your appointment.
Why Participate in HealthScan?
HealthScan is an excellent way to take proactive steps toward better health and well-being. Whether you're looking to monitor your current health or gain valuable insights into your overall wellness, HealthScan can help you stay on track with your health goals.
How to Register
Register for HealthScan here. Once you register, you’ll receive a confirmation email with important reminders and a form that you’ll need to bring with you to your appointment. The registration deadline is Monday, March 16, at 5:00 pm.
Important Forms and Information
In the PDF attached below, you will find the following items to help you prepare for HealthScan:
MyChart Account Instructions – If you don’t already have a St. Luke’s MyChart account, please set up your account before your appointment. A MyChart account is required so that St. Luke’s can confidentially provide you with your lab results. Be sure to use the same email address for your MyChart account that you used for registration (this can be either your personal or Lehigh email).
HIPAA Patient Authorization Form – This document is required to allow St. Luke’s to share participant names and email addresses with Lehigh University in order to align with the employee wellness program. Please note that no test results or personal health information will be shared.
Off-site / Patient Service Center Script – If your schedule does not allow you to participate at the on-campus location, you may visit a St. Luke’s outpatient lab. Simply bring the attached script to your nearest location, and your wellness program lab work will be processed there.
