Time flies! We’re halfway through the BeWell year which ends on December 31, 2024. That means there is still lots of time to dive into the program’s activities, reach new levels and earn rewards.

Get On Your Level

Did you know that in order to attain Level Three you need to complete a health screening? If you attended HealthScan then you’ve already taken care of that requirement. If you missed out, don’t fear. There are three convenient ways for you to complete a health screening.

  1. Yearly preventive exam

If you visit your own doctor for an annual exam, you can take care of your BeWell screening at the same time. Just Download this form to bring to your next preventive visit. Then, follow the instructions here to earn points for your screening.

  1. Go to a Quest Patient Service Center

Click here to schedule an appointment for a free screening at your local Quest Patient Service Center. After your screening, results will be uploaded to your account automatically after they are processed.

  1. Order a home test kit

Prefer to do your own testing? Click here to order a home test kit, so you can collect your results from the comfort of home. Keep in mind, this option is only a blood test kit and will not include results for blood pressure or waist circumference. Results will be uploaded to your account automatically after they are processed. Watch this video to learn how to complete your home test kit.

Explore Activities to Grow

Any definition of well-being will include key physical health goals like getting better sleep, exercising more or eating more fruits and veggies. But just as vital are those practices that help us to grow as people.

BeWell targets personal growth through a range of activities. Whether you want to be a better ally, become an includer, push past perfectionism, or get better at talking about money, there are BeWell activities, coaching and challenges to get you started.

For example, “Notice Your Thinking Habits” encourages you to focus on patterns in your thinking that can get in the way of change and leave you feeling stuck. Through videos, tipsheets and coaching, the activity will teach you how to interrupt the cycle, “rethink” and get un-stuck. Check out “Notice Your Thinking Habits” at this link.
