Now that the academic year has ended, and the switch to summer has begun, ERAC is continuing with a new transition, as well.   ERAC has had another incredibly busy year, with new projects and events, a new website, and new partnerships on and off campus.  Our team of staff members care deeply about Lehigh and are eager to advocate on behalf of the amazing people who make Lehigh the wonderful place that it is,

Summer may be right around the corner, but it’s the busiest time of year for ERAC.
 
This past month, the Lehigh community participated in our annual election. Thanks to your support, interest and participation in our elections reached a record-high. Over 40 of our colleagues were nominated for ERAC, and 17 of you put forth your names for candidacy. Nearly 350 members of Lehigh’s staff cast their ballots.
 
We’re thrilled to welcome the following individuals as the newest members to ERAC, beginning this June:

As Lehigh begins its yearlong Sesquicentennial celebration, many campus groups will be looking back at past accomplishments and looking forward to reaching goals - those known and yet unknown.  The Employee Relations Advisory Committee  is no different, and we thought now would be a good time to share with the campus community what’s happened in this past year and what lies ahead for the coming year.

Time of transition brings “High Fives” to Lehigh community and to newly elected and outgoing ERAC members

With immense gratitude, ERAC sends the entire Lehigh community an enthusiastic “High Five” for supporting our first-ever community outreach project in May. The two-day “Fill the Trailer!” event collected more than 2,000 individual items to be distributed to Broughal Middle School students through the Backpack Pals program. The Lehigh community contributed more than 2,000 items to ERAC’s “Fill the Trailer!” event in May.
